Michael J. Doss
Chief Executive Officer
Since joining FTS International in January 2014, Mr. Doss has executed on a number of important initiatives, including successfully refinancing the company’s entire debt structure, substantially improving the effectiveness of the supply chain and financial planning and analysis functions, and leading the acquisition of a prominent wireline company. He joined FTSI as Senior Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in December 2014, before being named CEO in October 2015. Previously, he worked for Energy Transfer Partners L.P., where he served as Vice President of Finance. Before joining Energy Transfer in 2008, he was a Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Investors Service, covering a diverse portfolio of oil and gas issuers. Prior to that, he spent more than seven years of his career at Ernst & Young serving clients in the oil and gas industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He also earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Petersen was named COO of FTS International in October 2015. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Operations and Wireline. He has over 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Most recently he was COO of GoFrac LLC, Vice President of Sales for Frac-Chem Inc. (Koch Industries), President and COO of Compass Well Services LLC, and COO of Allied Cementing Co. Mr. Petersen spent 14 years of his career working in various roles of increasing responsibility with Halliburton Energy Services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from New Mexico State University.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Turner joined FTS International in April 2014 as Director of Finance and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in February 2015. He was named Chief Financial Officer in October 2015. Prior to joining FTSI, Lance spent 11 years with Ernst & Young in their transaction services group coordinating and advising clients on buy side and sell side transactions across a variety of industries. He earned a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
KAREN D. THORNTON
Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Thornton joined FTSI in March 2014 as Vice President of Human Resources and was named Chief Administrative Officer in March 2017. Prior to joining FTSI, she was an independent consultant at Alkat Consulting and served as the strategic human capital management lead focusing on human resources and payroll application implementations for Darling Ingredients Inc., from June 2013 to March 2014. Prior to Alkat Consulting, Ms. Thornton served in various leadership positions, including vice president, human resources and management services for the Emergency Medical Services Corp. in Dallas, from 2001 to 2012. She earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Purdue University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin Red McCombs School of Business.
Perry A. Harris
Senior Vice President, Commercial
Mr. Harris joined FTS International in December 2014 as Senior Vice President of Wireline Operations. He was named Senior Vice President of Commercial in July 2015. He has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining the company, he was President of J-W Wireline Company from February 2012 to December 2014. Mr. Harris has also held various leadership positions at Halliburton, including Northeast U.S. Area Operations Manager, Northeast U.S. Senior District Manager and Wireline Global Business Development, Marketing & Technology Manager. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from West Virginia University.
JENNIFER L. KEEFE
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Ms. Keefe joined FTSI as Deputy General Counsel managing the commercial litigation, employment compliance and risk departments in September 2014 and was named Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in March 2017. Prior to joining FTSI, she was a partner in the Dallas office of the international law firm of Squire Patton Boggs, which she joined in February 1997. Ms. Keefe received her bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish from Vanderbilt University and her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
