Board of Directors
Greg A. Lanham
Mr. Lanham has served as a member of the board of directors for FTS International since May 2011 and he was named Chief Executive Officer in November 2012. He has more than 25 years of experience in the global energy industry in both operations and investments. Previously, Mr. Lanham was the Managing Director and global head of energy and Managing Director of Investments for Australia and New Zealand at Temasek. Prior to joining Temasek, he spent 20 years with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and assumed various leadership roles in North America and internationally, most recently as President and General Manager of Anadarko’s Asian subsidiary. Mr. Lanham is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. He holds degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has completed executive management training with Harvard Business School. Mr. Lanham also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Tarrant County, Texas.
Domenic J. Dell'Osso, Jr.
Mr. Dell'Osso has served as a member of the board since October 2010. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Energy in November 2010. Mr. Dell’Osso served as Vice President – Finance of Chesapeake Energy and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake's wholly owned midstream subsidiary Chesapeake Midstream Development, L.P. from August 2008 to November 2010. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Dell'Osso was an energy investment banker with Jefferies & Co. from 2006 to 2008 and Banc of America Securities from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Dell'Osso graduated from Boston College in 1998 and from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003.
Goh Yong Siang
Mr. Goh has served as a member of the board since May 2011. Mr. Goh has served as the head of Strategic Relations for Temasek Holdings since joining the company in August 2006. He assumed the additional roles of co-head, organization and leadership for Temasek in April 2010 and head of Australia and New Zealand for Temasek in July 2011. Prior to that, he served two years as President of ST Engineering (USA). Mr. Goh was a fighter pilot and served in the Singapore Armed Forces, retiring as Chief of the Air Force in 1998.
Bryan J. Lemmerman
Mr. Lemmerman, 38, has been a member of the board since February 2013. He has 10 years of experience in the energy industry in both trading and finance. He has served as Vice President – Finance at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since January 2012 and served as Director – Finance at Chesapeake from May 2010 to December 2011. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Lemmerman served as a consultant to various oil and gas companies and private equity firms from April 2008 to April 2010. Mr. Lemmerman was a portfolio manager at Highview Capital Management from 2006 to April 2008 and at Ritchie Capital Management from 2003 to 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Lemmerman is also a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
Ong Tiong Sin
Mr. Ong has served as a member of the board since May 2011. Mr. Ong is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of RRJ Capital Ltd. Previously, Mr. Ong was the Chief Executive Officer of Hopu Fund, a China-focused private equity fund. Prior to that, Mr. Ong was an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. He became a Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1996 and a partner in 2000.
Sim Hong Boon
Mr. Sim has been a member of the board since June 2013. He is currently Head, Markets Group; President, Americas and Co-Head, Credit Portfolio at Temasek.
Prior to joining Temasek, Boon was the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at Credit Suisse based in New York and a member of Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Management Committee. Prior to his appointment as Global Head of M&A, Boon held several senior positions at Credit Suisse over a 20 year career, including Head of M&A Americas and Co-head of Technology Group. Prior to joining The First Boston Corporation, a predecessor company of Credit Suisse, Boon was a design engineer at Texas Instruments, focusing on semiconductor design.
