​Dell'Osso_Domenic.jpgDomenic J. Dell'Osso, Jr.


Mr. Dell'Osso has served as a member of the board since October 2010. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Energy in November 2010. Mr. Dell’Osso served as Vice President – Finance of Chesapeake Energy and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake's wholly owned midstream subsidiary Chesapeake Midstream Development, L.P. from August 2008 to November 2010. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Dell'Osso was an energy investment banker with Jefferies & Co. from 2006 to 2008 and Banc of America Securities from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Dell'Osso graduated from Boston College in 1998 and from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003.

Mr. Goh has served as a member of the board since May 2011. Mr. Goh has served as the head of Strategic Relations for Temasek Holdings since joining the company in August 2006. He assumed the additional roles of co-head, organization and leadership for Temasek in April 2010 and head of Australia and New Zealand for Temasek in July 2011. Prior to that, he served two years as President of ST Engineering (USA). Mr. Goh was a fighter pilot and served in the Singapore Armed Forces, retiring as Chief of the Air Force in 1998.

Mr. Lanham has served as a member of the board since May 2011. Mr. Lanham is currently the Managing Director for the Energy team at Temasek Holdings. He joined Temasek in January 2008 as a Director for the Energy team. Prior to joining Temasek, Mr. Lanham was Director of Engineering and Business Development for Hunt Oil Company. Prior thereto, he spent 20 years with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in positions of increasing responsibility, including President and General Manager of Asian operations, resident Managing Director over all business in East and West Africa, International Engineering Manager and Planning Manager for all international development projects.

Mr. McClendon has served as a member of the board since May 2011. Mr. McClendon has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Chesapeake Energy Corporation since co-founding Chesapeake in 1989. From 1982 to 1989, Mr. McClendon was an independent producer of oil and natural gas. Mr. McClendon graduated from Duke University in 1981.





Ong Tiong Sin


Mr. Ong has served as a member of the board since May 2011. Mr. Ong is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of RRJ Capital Ltd. Previously, Mr. Ong was the Chief Executive Officer of Hopu Fund, a China-focused private equity fund. Prior to that, Mr. Ong was an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. He became a Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1996 and a partner in 2000.
