Board of Directors
Goh Yong Siang
Mr. Goh has served as a member of the board since May 2011, and is currently Chairman of the Board. Mr. Goh has served as head of Strategic Relations for Temasek Holdings since joining the company in August 2006. He assumed the additional roles of co-head, organization and leadership for Temasek in April 2010 and head of Australia and New Zealand for Temasek in July 2011. Prior to that, he served two years as President of ST Engineering (USA). Mr. Goh was a fighter pilot and served in the Singapore Armed Forces, retiring as Chief of the Air Force in 1998.
Mr. Bates has been a member of the board since August 2014. He has 40 years of operational experience in the oil and gas industry, having held executive leadership positions at several major energy companies. He previously served as group president at Baker Hughes, chief executive officer at Weatherford-Enterra and president of the Anadrill division of Schlumberger. He also was managing director and then senior advisor at Lime Rock Partners, an energy-focused private equity investment firm. Mr. Bates has a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. He is currently an adjunct professor and co-chair of the advisory board for the Energy MBA Program at the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
Domenic J. Dell'Osso, Jr.
Mr. Dell'Osso has served as a member of the board since October 2010. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Energy in November 2010. Mr. Dell’Osso served as Vice President – Finance of Chesapeake Energy and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake's wholly owned midstream subsidiary Chesapeake Midstream Development, L.P. from August 2008 to November 2010. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Dell'Osso was an energy investment banker with Jefferies & Co. from 2006 to 2008 and Banc of America Securities from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Dell'Osso graduated from Boston College in 1998 and from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003.
Bryan J. Lemmerman
Mr. Lemmerman has been a member of the board since February 2013. He has served as Vice President – Finance at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since January 2012 and served as Director – Finance at Chesapeake from May 2010 to December 2011. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Lemmerman served as a consultant to various oil and gas companies and private equity firms from April 2008 to April 2010. He was a portfolio manager at Highview Capital Management from 2006 to April 2008 and at Ritchie Capital Management from 2003 to 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Lemmerman is also a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
Ong Tiong Sin
Mr. Ong has served as a member of the board since May 2011. Mr. Ong is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of RRJ Capital Ltd. Previously, Mr. Ong was the Chief Executive Officer of Hopu Fund, a China-focused private equity fund. Prior to that, Mr. Ong was an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. He became a Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1996 and a partner in 2000.
Sim Hong Boon
Mr. Sim has been a member of the board since June 2013. He is currently Head, Markets Group; President, Americas and Co-Head, Credit Portfolio at Temasek. Prior to joining Temasek, Mr. Sim was the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at Credit Suisse based in New York and a member of Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Management Committee. Prior to his appointment as Global Head of M&A, Mr. Sim held several senior positions at Credit Suisse over a 20 year career, including Head of M&A Americas and Co-head of Technology Group. Prior to joining The First Boston Corporation, a predecessor company of Credit Suisse, Mr. Sim was a design engineer at Texas Instruments, focusing on semiconductor design.
Sulian M. Tay
Ms. Tay has served as a member of the board since August 2014. She is currently a Managing Director within the Investment Group at Temasek, where she covers the energy and mining sectors. Prior to joining Temasek, Ms. Tay was with Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director in the United States and in Hong Kong, having joined that firm in 1999. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Harvard University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
