Greg A. Lanham
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lanham has served as a member of the board of directors for FTS International since May 2011 and he was named Chief Executive Officer in November 2012. He has more than 25 years of experience in the global energy industry in both operations and investments. Previously, Mr. Lanham was the Managing Director and global head of energy and Managing Director of Investments for Australia and New Zealand at Temasek. Prior to joining Temasek, he spent 20 years with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and assumed various leadership roles in North America and internationally, most recently as President and General Manager of Anadarko’s Asian subsidiary. Mr. Lanham is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. He holds degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has completed executive management training with Harvard Business School.
James Coy Randle, Jr.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Randle joined FTS International in March 2007 as Southern Division Manager and went on to serve as Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Randle has more than 29 years of oilfield services experience, including 25 years operating and supervising various business units for BJ Services Company, most recently as a District Manager from 2001 to 2007.
Larry D. Cannon
Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Cannon joined FTS International in June 2011. Before joining the company, he was a corporate securities lawyer at Jones Day in Dallas, Texas, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, Illinois. From December 2006 to July 2008, Mr. Cannon served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at SuperMedia Inc. (formerly Idearc Inc.). He spent the first 10 years of his career as an accountant with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Cannon received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Texas from September 1991 to February 2001).
William A. Hicks
General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Hicks joined the company in January 2007. Prior to that, he was a Director and shareholder with the Abilene, Texas, law firm of McMahon, Surovik, Suttle, PC, where he worked for 26 years. Mr. Hicks is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Attorneys, a Life Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and a member of the Texas and American Bar Associations. He is licensed in all Texas state courts and Federal District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hicks is a graduate of Lamar University and Texas Tech School of Law.
Sharon S. Stufflebeme
Chief Information Officer
Ms. Stufflebeme joined FTS International in June 2013 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for RadioShack Corporation for four years. Previously, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Information officer for 7-Eleven, a company she joined in 2004. She was also formerly a partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and a vice president at Hitachi Consulting. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Dallas and an MBA from the University of Texas.
MAHMOUD ASADI, PH.D.
Senior Vice President – Technology
Dr. Mahmoud Asadi joined FTS International in April 2012. He has more than 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and previously worked for ProTechnics and Stim Lab, divisions of Core Labs, in the areas of stimulation and enhanced oil recovery, including hydraulic fracturing and completions. His work ranged from fracturing fluids, proppant transport and downhole performance evaluations to perforations, screen performance, gravel packing and fracture/matrix acidizing. Dr. Asadi has served as chairman of the American Petroleum Institute (API) fracturing fluids committee for 12 years and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) completion fluids committee for 16 years. He holds a doctorate in petroleum engineering from the University of Kansas and completed a post-doctorate research program in hydraulic fracturing/proppant transport at the University of Oklahoma. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in petroleum engineering from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette. Dr. Asadi is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
Michael J. Doss
Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer
Mr. Doss joined FTS International in January 2014. Previously, he worked for Energy Transfer Partners L.P. (ETP), where he served as Vice President of Finance and then as Vice President of Strategic Planning for its affiliate Energy Transfer Equity L.P. Before joining ETP in 2008, he was a Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Investors Service, covering a diverse portfolio of oil and gas issuers. He spent the first eight years of his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young serving clients in the oil and gas industry. He earned Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. He also earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Senior Vice President, Commercial
Mr. Forcey joined FTS International in September 2013. He leads the company’s sales, marketing and global business development efforts. For two years prior to joining FTSI, Mr. Forcey was vice president of global marketing for Champion Technologies, a production chemical company. For the first 18 years of his career, Mr. Forcey served in a variety of sales and marketing management roles in Cameron International’s compression systems division. His positions there included Director of Worldwide Commercial Aftermarket, Director of Global Marketing and Director of Distributor Sales. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Clarion University in Pennsylvania. He is a Six Sigma black belt and a graduate of Rice University’s executive leadership program.
Sharon E. Hicks
Senior Vice President – Transactions
Ms. Hicks joined FTS International in December 2006. She served as Senior Legal Counsel until October 2013, when she was promoted to Sr. Vice President – Transactions. She has been a licensed attorney since 1988. Prior to joining the company in 2006, she was in private practice in Fort Worth and served as City Attorney for the City of Abilene, Texas, for 10 years. Ms. Hicks is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Texas and American Bar Associations. She is licensed in all Texas state courts and federal district courts for the Northern District of Texas, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
Senior Vice President of Manufacturing
Mr. Krebs joined FTS International in September 2011. Previously, Mr. Krebs served as Director, Global Manufacturing and Planning for Baker Hughes, where he was responsible for the global manufacture of oil field services high-pressure pumping equipment and related support equipment. From 2003 until 2007, he was self-employed as a mechanical engineering and manufacturing consultant providing mechanical design and consulting services to various companies, including General Dynamics, Vertex RSI Division. Prior thereto, Mr. Krebs worked for 20 years in manufacturing and engineering at Andrew Corporation and its affiliates. He also served more than five years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Officer.
Senior Vice President of Operations and Wireline
Mr. Price joined FTS International in January 2014. He has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Most recently, he was U.S. region president for Trican Well Service. Prior to that, he worked for BJ Services for 32 years. His positions there included vice president of global sales and marketing, vice president of west division sales and Rocky Mountain region sales manager.
Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Ms. Smith joined FTS International in March 2013. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Merchant Link and in various financial and accounting leadership roles at Chase Paymentech, including Corporate Controller. She began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen as part of their energy practice. Ms. Smith received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
