Greg A. Lanham
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lanham has served as a member of the board of directors for FTS International since May 2011 and he was named Chief Executive Officer in November 2012. He has more than 25 years of experience in the global energy industry in both operations and investments. Previously, Mr. Lanham was the Managing Director and global head of energy and Managing Director of Investments for Australia and New Zealand at Temasek. Prior to joining Temasek, he spent 20 years with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and assumed various leadership roles in North America and internationally, most recently as President and General Manager of Anadarko’s Asian subsidiary. Mr. Lanham is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. He holds degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has completed executive management training with Harvard Business School.
James Coy Randle, Jr.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Randle joined FTS International in March 2007 as Southern Division Manager and went on to serve as Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Randle has more than 29 years of oilfield services experience, including 25 years operating and supervising various business units for BJ Services Company, most recently as a District Manager from 2001 to 2007.
Larry D. Cannon
Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Cannon joined FTS International in June 2011. Before joining the company, he was a corporate securities lawyer at Jones Day in Dallas, Texas, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, Illinois. From December 2006 to July 2008, Mr. Cannon served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at SuperMedia Inc. (formerly Idearc Inc.). He spent the first 10 years of his career as an accountant with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Cannon received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University and his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Texas from September 1991 to February 2001).
William A. Hicks
General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Hicks joined the company in January 2007. Prior to that, he was a Director and shareholder with the Abilene, Texas, law firm of McMahon, Surovik, Suttle, PC, where he worked for 26 years. Mr. Hicks is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Attorneys, a Life Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and a member of the Texas and American Bar Associations. He is licensed in all Texas state courts and Federal District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hicks is a graduate of Lamar University and Texas Tech School of Law.
Brad Holms
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Holms joined FTS International in April 2007 as Vice President – Houston Sales Manager and then served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Technology. Before joining the company, Mr. Holms worked for Schlumberger Limited for 30 years, latterly in the position of Global Account Manager. Mr. Holms has more than 36 years of experience in engineering, engineering management, marketing, technology, operations management, global sales and account management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in natural science from the University of North Dakota and a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Montana.
Kevin Krebs
Senior Vice President of Manufacturing
Mr. Krebs joined FTS International in September 2011. Previously, Mr. Krebs served as Director, Global Manufacturing and Planning for Baker Hughes, where he was responsible for the global manufacture of oil field services high-pressure pumping equipment and related support equipment. From 2003 until 2007, he was self-employed as a mechanical engineering and manufacturing consultant providing mechanical design and consulting services to various companies, including General Dynamics, Vertex RSI Division. Prior thereto, Mr. Krebs worked for 20 years in manufacturing and engineering at Andrew Corporation and its affiliates. He also served more than five years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Officer.
Christina Smith
Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Ms. Smith joined FTS International in March 2013. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Merchant Link and in various financial and accounting leadership roles at Chase Paymentech, including Corporate Controller. She began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen as part of their energy practice. Ms. Smith received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Charles Veazey
Senior Vice President of Operations and Sales
Mr. Veazey joined the company in March 2008 as Business Development Manager and then served as Mid-Continent Division Manager and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining FTSI, he worked for BJ Services Company and its predecessors for more than 28 years, most recently as a Region Manager from March 2007 to March 2008 and as a District Manager for 15 years. Mr. Veazey has more than 35 years of experience in our industry.
Mark Weddington
Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer
Mr. Weddington began working with FTSI in September 2009 as a consultant for FTSI’s Finance group. He joined FTSI in May 2010 as Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager and was promoted to Vice President of FP&A in May 2011. Prior to joining FTSI, Mark worked in the college textbook publishing industry and also worked in the hotel industry. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Georgia.
