Marc Rowland
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rowland joined the company in November 2010 as President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Rowland worked for Chesapeake Energy Corporation as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also served as a Director of Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. From 1990 until 1993, Mr. Rowland was Chief Operating Officer of Anglo-Suisse, L.P. assigned to the White Nights Russian Enterprise, a joint venture of Anglo-Suisse, L.P. and Phibro Energy Corporation, a major foreign operation granted the right to engage in oil and gas operations in Russia. Prior to his association with White Nights Russian Enterprise, Mr. Rowland owned and managed his own natural gas and oil company. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of a private exploration company in Oklahoma City. Mr. Rowland graduated from Wichita State University and is a certified public accountant.
James Coy Randle, Jr.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Randle joined FTS International in March 2007 as Southern Division Manager and went on to serve as Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Randle has more than 29 years of oilfield services experience, including 25 years operating and supervising various business units for BJ Services Company, most recently as a District Manager from 2001 to 2007.
Raymond K. (Randy) Guba
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Guba joined FTS International in September 2011. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Electrical Services (IES). At IES, he led the financial restructure and integration of 27 independent divisions. Prior to that, Mr. Guba served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Kraton Polymers, where he led finance and information technology functions. Preceding that, he served 19 years at General Electric (GE) Company, culminating as Manager of Finance of GE Energy’s global installations and field services division. Mr. Guba began his career in public accounting, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and is a certified public accountant.
Ross Philo
Executive Vice President of Information Technology
Mr. Philo joined FTS International in November 2011. He most recently served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Maersk Oil, a Denmark-based oil and gas exploration and production company. Prior to that, he served three years as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the United States Postal Service (USPS) in Washington, D.C. Prior to USPS, Mr. Philo held a variety of executive positions at Cisco Systems, Visean, Halliburton and Schlumberger. He has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in some 30 countries around the world. Mr. Philo received his Bachelor of Science degree from Imperial College of Science and Technology in London.
Chris Cummins
Senior Vice President of Proppants
Mr. Cummins has served in this position since May 2011. He previously served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for our Proppants Division, from the time he joined the company in October 2008. Prior to FTSI, Mr. Cummins served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Atlas Resin Proppants. He held positions of increasing responsibility at Oglebay Norton Industrial Sands, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Cummins received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. Mr. Cummins has more than 35 years of experience in the pressure pumping industry and the proppant business.
Brad Holms
Senior Vice President of Global Business Development and Technology
Mr. Holms joined FTS International in April 2007 as Vice President – Houston Sales Manager and then served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Technology. Before joining the company, Mr. Holms worked for Schlumberger Limited for 30 years, latterly in the position of Global Account Manager. Mr. Holms has more than 34 years of experience in engineering, engineering management, marketing, technology, operations management, global sales and account management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in natural science from the University of North Dakota and a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Montana.
Kevin Krebs
Senior Vice President of Manufacturing
Mr. Krebs joined FTS International in September 2011. Previously, Mr. Krebs served as Director, Global Manufacturing and Planning for Baker Hughes, where he was responsible for the global manufacture of oil field services high-pressure pumping equipment and related support equipment. From 2003 until 2007, he was self-employed as a mechanical engineering and manufacturing consultant providing mechanical design and consulting services to various companies, including General Dynamics, Vertex RSI Division. Prior thereto, Mr. Krebs worked for 20 years in manufacturing and engineering at Andrew Corporation and its affiliates. He also served more than five years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Officer.
Kevin McGlinch
Senior Vice President of Finance, and Investor Relations and Treasurer
Mr. McGlinch joined FTS International in September 2008 as Corporate Controller then served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company, he worked as Corporate Controller of Vought Aircraft Industries. Mr. McGlinch has 18 years of finance and accounting experience with leading manufacturers such as Sherwin-Williams, Stanley and Newell Rubbermaid. Mr. McGlinch holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Capital University and a Global Executive MBA from the University of North Carolina.
Dan Patterson
Senior Vice President of Accounting, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Patterson joined FTS International in January 2011. Prior positions include serving as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller of Super Plaza Stores, Corporate Financial Reporting Manager at Commercial Metals Company and Corporate Technical Accounting Consultant for Flowserve Corp. Mr. Patterson has over 19 years of diversified experience in SEC reporting, general accounting, financial analysis, performance reporting, auditing and operations.
Robert Pike
Senior Vice President of Sales
Mr. Pike joined the company in February 2011. Previously, he was with Baker Hughes as Area Sales Manager in Houston and, prior to the BJ Services merger with Baker, he served as BJ Services’ Senior City Sales Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Mr. Pike began his career in the energy services business with Halliburton in 1982. Over a period of 12 years, he held a variety of engineering and management positions in Caldwell and Houston, Texas, and in Adelaide, Australia. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Charles Veazey
Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Veazey joined the company in March 2008 as Business Development Manager and then served as Mid-Continent Division Manager and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining FTSI, he worked for BJ Services Company and its predecessors for more than 28 years, most recently as a Region Manager from March 2007 to March 2008 and as a District Manager for 15 years. Mr. Veazey has more than 35 years of experience in our industry.
William A. Hicks
General Counsel and Vice President
Mr. Hicks joined the company in January 2007. Prior to that, he was a Director and shareholder with the Abilene, Texas, law firm of McMahon, Surovik, Suttle, PC, where he worked for 26 years. Mr. Hicks is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Attorneys, a Life Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and a member of the Texas and American Bar Associations. He is licensed in all Texas state courts and Federal District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hicks is a graduate of Lamar University and Texas Tech School of Law.
