Equipment Operator

The Equipment Operator (EO) must be technically competent, operationally efficient and experienced in the service delivery process. Must competently operate and properly maintain all assigned equipment. The EO must carry out duties in a manner that is mindful of the environment and the communities while providing the client with flawless service quality and service free of incidents. Specific duties require rig up, rig down, equipment operation and maintenance of same equipment as directed by supervisory staff. Drives equipment to and from locations as required once all company and federal regulations are satisfied. Maintains and submits timely daily driver log reports, equipment/truck reports as well as Individual Vehicle Driver’s Record (IVDRs), and on occasion timesheets for out of town travel. Class A CDL required.

E-Tech

Responsible for wiring of new/rebuilt pumps, control boxes, blenders, and blender data acquisition (DAQ). Conducts troubleshooting of new/rebuilt pumps, control boxes, blenders, and blender data acquisition (DAQ). Responsible for completion of cable building and technical communication vehicle (TCV) computer installation. Entry level knowledge of basic schematic reading, wiring procedures, soldering techniques, use of test equipment, and basic electronic troubleshooting theory preferred.

Mechanic

Responsible for performing detailed internal repairs to major components either at district location or on-site as required. Instructs and trains other employees in the proper methods of repair. Repairs major components such as engine, transmission, and power ends. Identifies and analyzes failures before proceeding with repairs. Mechanic Certifications preferred but not required (ex. Diesel engines, hydraulic systems, brake systems).

Field Engineer

Provide a high level of technical advice, counsel, management and support in connection with the design, development and operation of well stimulation services. Monitor injection rates and pressures, perform quality control and development and submit post-job assessments, evaluations, recommendations, analyses and reports. Additionally, will be required to provide on-site pre- and post-job evaluations, assessments and recommendations concerning treatment procedures and processes, design changes and serve as a professional resource for FTSI personnel and client representatives. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or geological field required.

Various professional, management and administrative positions are available at locations around the FTSI system.

Truck Driver

Drives equipment to and from locations as required once all company and federal regulations are satisfied. Senior Account Manager

Requirements: generate hydraulic fracturing proposals; perform hydraulic fracturing simulation analysis; design and implement optimized hydraulic fracturing program; plan and modify product configurations needs; confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements; secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; diagnose problems with installed equipment; prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to customers and prospective customers; oversee the perforations strategy and stimulation technique; evaluate service quality on execution; perform frequent job audits; review post job reports; generate specific marketing studies.
