Branding Elements
Approved versions of the FTSI logo include horizontal and vertical logos. The stylized “FT” mark may also be used by itself.
The FTS International identities include the “FT” mark, logo and descriptor type. These identities have been developed specifically for FTS International and may not be recreated by any conventional typesetting methods. The approved logos must never be redrawn, cut apart, condensed, elongated, embellished or altered in any way.

Journalists and news agencies
may make fair use of FTSI’s trademarks, including its logos, and approved
photographs and graphics solely for the purpose of identifying FTSI and its
affiliates in connection with legitimate news reporting in traditional print
media, on television, and on the Internet. Such use: (i) shall not
damage the intellectual property rights of FTSI, its affiliates, or any third
party; (ii) does not suggest, confer, or otherwise transfer any licensing
rights, any intellectual property rights, or any other rights whatsoever to any
of FTSI’s intellectual property; and (iii) does not serve to waive any of
FTSI’s federal, state, or common law rights, claims, or actions therein.
